ask us first.

If the answer you need is not here, call and ask — you will get a person, not a queue.

It depends on the size, frame material and glass package, so an honest number needs a measure. What we can promise is one price per opening in writing, including labour, trim and hauling away the old units.

Most single windows take an hour to ninety minutes once the crew is set up. A typical whole-house job of eight to twelve openings runs one to two days.

Someone over 18 needs to be there to let the crew in and do a walk-through at the end.

They leave with us. Removal, glass, frames and packaging are all included in the quote.

The glass and frames carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and our installation work is warranted separately. Ask for the exact terms in writing when you get the quote.

Measuring usually happens within a few days of your call. Install dates depend on how long the units take to arrive, which is typically two to four weeks once the order is placed.

Yes. Plenty of customers do the worst elevation first and come back for the rest later.

Call Juan C. Velazquez on the same number you booked with. Adjustments after install are part of the job, not a callout charge.

Yes. Openings are done one at a time and closed the same day, so the house is never left open.
